Orlando Alzugaray ‏ @BigOShow
Right now Falcons, Patriots, Denver & Bengals are leading in the race for the Dolphins DE Kendall Langford.

The guy was one of PFF's All-AFC East DEs in 2010. Sound interesting.

Dude had 20 tackles and 0 sacks in 16 games played in 2011. I don't get it.

3-4 DEs are more of people who take up blockers rather then getting the stats

I'm hoping that this means that Smitty realizes that not transitioning to a 3-4 this year is retarded, if we are signing him to play DE in a 4-3, or possibly a DT, well then I just give up.

My thoughts exactly. Do we have the cap room/roster space for a guy to only be a 34 player?

I doubt it, he will be commanding starting DE money from the 3-4 teams out there, dont see him coming here and taking less. I also hope that we don't pay him starting money to occupy the position of a role player in a hybrid D that everyone is talking about.

Nolan has openly stated that we're running a 4-3 hybrid this year. Don't know why you have to knock Smith.

because I don't like the guy and no longer trust his direction of the team, quite simple really.

Nolan has made the one year transition from 4-3 to 3-4 a few times before, don't see why he wouldn't be able to get it done in Atlanta.
