Hey, I have this friend who was in DC last week and they were at a rally that President Obama attended. He said he yelled to Obama that we are worse off after 4 years than we were 4 years ago on every single item Obama ran his campaign on and Obama just smiled, told him not to worry, and gave him a thumbs up.

Everything is A-OK. We can all relax. Much ado about nothing.

I don't expect him to miss OTA's. Even if he does miss some, it is his 7th year in the exact same offense and 90% of the offense is returning. The real vital part doesn't come into play until training camp.

How don't they mesh? Vilma has been on a decline over the last two seasons. Jo Lonn Dunbar outplayed him when Vilma missed games last season. That said, the suspension is unfair if Vilma did nothing wrong. How can't those two co-exist?

So what else have you got? You claim that you know someone who speaks with Loomis has told you that everything is a-ok and they are very close. What I am hearing is that the Saints are in the $19 million plus range and the Brees camp is around $21 million. Brees came out recently and said he had never demanded the reported $23 million. I literally just read last night that Brees is looking for 22M and the Saints are at 19. Regardless, even 2M a year is a HUGE difference. Especially when youre looking at a 5-7 year deal. 10-14M.. That 19 and 21/22/23 we read about is per year. You realize this right?

And which is it, are you being informed on all of these things from someone who KNOWS Loomis, or are you just reading? Big difference there. I how to god that your "informant" isn't another Saints fan who happened to see him at some press event our around the Saints org and asked him.
