The fact that Sanchise and Smith are in the top 5 is really making it hard for me to enjoy Ryan's time at the top.

Sanchez I understand your point but on Smith I don't. I think people need to start giving Alex Smith the credit he deserves. He's proving so far through 2 games that last year was no fluke. That he may be even better this year. Just compare his numbers to Ryan's.

Matt Ryan - 47-for-67 (70.1%), 518 YDS (7.7), 5 TD, 0 INT - 117.6 QB Rating
Alex Smith - 40-for-57 (70.2%), 437 YDS (7.7), 4 TD, 0 INT - 115.9 QB Rating

Also here is another QB ranking system that has Ryan ranked first and well ahead of the second place guy.
