If he really wants to be a leader he needs to learn how to man up and handle losing better than a spoiled 12 year old. The presser he gave after the game was both immature and pathetic. The super man celebration he gave when they where still down several touchdowns shows a disconnect with reality too.

He is a me me me person. Kind of reminds me of a much more talented DeAngelo Hall.
