I'll start ... Rob Ryan - I would rather have Romeo Crennel or Eric Mangini.

Who else have they missed out on?
that's funny, because I distinctly remember you saying that Rob Ryan was the guy you had pegged for the job.

Once again, where are all of those 3-4 coaches you said the Saints missed out on that are better than Crennel and Mangini?

I said he would be a logical choice, but Crennel has successfully converted 4-3 to 3-4 very quickly on multiple occasions.

I hear 4-3 Steve Spagnuolo is available! surely such ringing endorsements will land him the job in Nawlins!

It will mean much less blitz, more four man rush with upgrades on the offensive line and in the LB corps. That loose pass coverage at the line killed us. Spags will get the CB's on top of the WR's.

I think it is a big upgrade ... as long as this off-season is spent putting the pieces in place to make it work.

Note that the off-season wasn't spent making the moves to make it work.

not really, if you got rid of him you might accidentally get a decent D. At least with Loomis on board all the Falcons have to worry about is Payton's O.

We have seemed to have had a great deal off success with those crappy defenses versus the Falcons over the years, no?
