If by best candidates you mean the candidates that couldn't find a job over the last few weeks and the candidates that are currently position coaches then yeah, sure, best 3-4 DC candidates out there. But lets be honest, all of the other team already got the "pick of the litter"and you guys are left to sort through the scrap heap. You might technically get the best 3-4 DC candidate still available, but when you are sorting through a pile of shit for a new DC and you come up with a turd it doesn't really matter if he was "the best out there" because you still have a turd in your hand.

I imagine when a homeless man is rooting through a dumpster for dinner he tells himself that he gets to pick from the best available too.
