Both Capers and Phillips are specialized in the 3-4 alignment. Besides, why would:

Capers, Marinelli or Phillips leave their DC jobs to accept one here?
or
the Bears, Packers, or Texans allow their DC's to interview for the same position on another team?

We weren't pointing out people we'd like to sign, but fromer head coaches that have done well once returning to the DC job.
