RE: Anyone nervous about the ref lockout?
No matter how much everyone cries about it, the call at the end of the game did not lose the game for the Packers. Aaron Rodgers getting sacked 9 times and the Packers offense scoring only 12 points is what lost them the game. End of story.

Yes, they gave up a shit ton of sacks, the game was played horribly, and both teams looked like shit on offense. But if not for the botched play at the end, the Packers would have won 12-7. No matter how bad they played, the Packers won that game if the call was correct. I hate the Packers, btw. I love that they are 1-2. But they got robbed. |

We should make this clear because its useless arguing this point. |

If you want to whine about a fucked up call then look at the "defensive" PI on Sam Shields earlier in the drive when it should have been on Sidney Rice.

Well, let's get more technical if we want to be totally honest. Most hail mary's are guys bunched up jockeying for a spot banging bodies and tossing elbows at most. They don't all have obvious big shoves in the back pushing someone to the ground. |

Yeah there were at least 2 PI calls in that game that were no where close to being PI. I mean not even remotely close. |

All over sports radio they have had interview after interview and ex-refs all saying that referees are advised to let the play happen on Hail Mary's |
