Adrian Peterson
Anyone else think he is the new Barry Sanders?

Stuck on a team that can't win with him.

Doesn't help that their Oline is worse than ours.

RE: Adrian Peterson
Musgrave is the worst offensive coordinator in the league. Can't believe there were people here who wanted him to be our OC.

RE: Adrian Peterson
Hmmmm...maybe. He's a clutch QB away from a Superbowl win in the only year he had a great prototypical reveiver without personality issues

RE: Adrian Peterson
Andy Reid being fired and then becoming an OC Rolleyes I really think the QB coach at Green Bay is more likely and even getting him is a stretch.

and the weird thing is they had one of the most dominating lines in the NFL a few short years ago. Steve Hutchinson is still an elite guard (which him alone might beat our entire o-line), but the rest isn't helping. I've seen a lot of potential from Loadholt, but Peterson still isn't getting the right holes. With that said, he's still able to be one of the most productive backs in the NFL by making plays most backs couldn't fathom. McNabb at this point in his career is a below average QB, and Musgrave should be ashamed for giving his star the ball a measly 12 times. I know a lot of it was coming back from losing, but even at the beginning the run game was nowhere to be found. The Vikings still have solid pieces for the present (Kevin Williams, Jared Allen, AP, Harvin), and solid pieces for the future (AP, Harvin, Ponder), but the Vikings always seem to waste it. Frazier is an inexperiences Head Coach, and Musgrave has been terrible. If they can get a top 5 pick next draft (which they probably will), they can really continue this rebuilding stage and go from there.
