i'll take that in a different way than it sounds. You were not laughing that we had a player go down with injury right?

I'm a huge Norwood fan as well, but when I saw that, I thought that I'm going to have to start reviewing seniors who have a similar skill set and see what's out there in the draft. I'm not sure we can resign him now, especially if this is a serious injury.

That's not really a good comparison though. Snelling is Turner's backup. They are both RB's. Norwood is a slotback or halfback, a change of pace RB. It's almost a completely different position than Turner & Snelling.

The problem is, Mularkey tries to run Norwood between the tackles WAY too often & his little chicken legs just can't take the beating.

He needs to transition to receiver, period.

We all talked about this before the season and most of us agreed that if he got injured again then it could be his last year with us. I don't know what MS will do, but I would think that something has to be done. It's my opinion that Norwood
is just too fragile to play PRO ball now and that means receiver too. We saw this comming.

it was hilarious hearing people in the offseason argue that norwood wasnt injury prone. he is and HAS BEEN the poster boy for injury prone since his first appearance on the field. hes still my favorite player on offense, i just wish he could stay healthy. its been time to move on for 2 seasons now.

Getting really fustrated with Norwood's health. I know the man can't help it but if he can't stay off the injured list then we've got to let him go.

I'd really like to have a fast guy to compliment Turner and Snelling. One thing I feel like our offense is still lacking are the big play gamechangers.
Hopefully we can get us a speedback (perhaps Jacquizz Rodgers?) in the draft.
