Good point. Playing Devil's Advocate, he would leave because his stock is going down. Have a bad(or equal to this past) year and get fired, and he can kiss his HC chances goodbye for quite awhile. MM is underachieving. On the other hand, Williams is overachieving in NO. His job is safe. Keep doing what he's doing with the talent level of that defense and he will continue to be a HC candidate.

Anyone agree?
