Meaningless game

I just don't believe that the coaching staff put much into this game. I mean, neither group - offense or defense - looked very good out there today. They just looked like they were playing to try and stay ready for the playoffs. There wasn't more than one or two plays that I said to myself "Damn look at him go!" they were all basically just jogging around and such.

Couldn't agree more man, it was like a love practice for them. They wanted to win but they didn't gameplan for anything special.

Yeah me too. And as far as Abraham goes we can scheme around him I hope. Our amoeba defense will mask missing a defensive end, and McLain can cover as good as Robinson I think.

I went to the game today brose, first time I've been in years. Kind of a shitty game to go to in person.

Wasn't pretty, but I don't see the point in putting these guys through a grueling week of studying and breaking things down heavily about a game against a team that didn't matter. Don't give the players the week off but don't go psycho in prep.

It's not like they didn't prepare... Heck we should have won that game. But in the end it didn't matter. As long as the injuries aren't severe.
