Madden 11 Franchise

Hey guys, just so you all know, I've been running a Madden 11 franchise on the Xbox 360 for a while now. We just entered the playoffs of season one. We advance every 2 days (Or 3 if someone messages me about scheduling conflicts.) and we have quite a few teams open. It was a fantasy draft, so obviously the rosters are all mashed up. But there are some really great teams remaining.

All-Madden difficulty
No Accelerated Clock

Our guys are generally really good about scheduling, we only have had 3 or 4 games all season that had to be simmed. We play real football, not cheese ball. We don't really have any SET rules (Because we've been playing together for so long, since Madden 09). We play SIM, we punt on 4th downs (unless its a we are behind a bit or short yardage situation, and it's hardly ever a QB sneak because that always gets the 1st, but its not outlawed either.)
