RE: Chevis Jackson is twice the man Chris Owens will ever be.
He looked good down the stretch last year.
The thing is he hasn't been practicing at the nickel spot for most of the year so he was unprepared. Besides it was a big game. By the time he was imploding out there, the seeds were set for failure.

I am guilty of thinking that he was gonna be the man as well. He made me want the crisp brothers of Houston and Jackson back tonight. His new nickname after tonight is ashes!!

Without the knowledge that we have now and a need a DE it seemed like the perfect choice. Patrick Willis wasn't even considered a 1st round pick by many until his combine. JA98's measurables were unreal. He was super young, 6'6 280lbs and he actually performed better than Mario Williams did at the combine. Along with having a very good season in college for his junior year. I still wonder if maybe it's our coaches that aren't coaching JA98 the way that he needs to be coaches.

This game goes on the Defense
Did Ryan play good. No But when teams have 4 STRAIGHT DRIVES OF 80+ YARDS FOR TOUCHDOWNS YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE UNLESS YOUR OFFENSE SCORES EVERY DRIVE WITH A TOUCHDOWN AS WELL

This games is faulted with the defense. We still scored 21 points not great but not that bad. 48 points 41 which was given up by the defense is all on them. We had about 6 sacks that we MISSED that is inexcusable.

RE: Tony G should retire
I wouldn't blame him for retiring. Heck let's see if we can steal Zach Miller from Oakland away from Al Davis, he's senile enough to do it.

RE: Chevis Jackson is twice the man Chris Owens will ever be.
Well to be fair he didn't have much playing time this season and was put out there in a huge playoff game. Down the stretch last year the Falcons were already out of the playoffs and he was playing loose without pressure.

I'm delusional from our playoff loss against GB . Don't take me seriously until year 2413 .

The thing that upset me most all night
Sam Baker was laughing on the sideline.

I know, this sounds like the Derek Anderson situation and all... but how could he possibly be laughing? As fans, we were all sitting here depressed out of our minds and the players can just act like it didn't happen? Maybe I'm weird, but this rubbed me the wrong way.

RE: WE ARE CURSED
I really thought the curse was gone, but it still lingers apparently, playing with our minds and putting us down. What I hate most about this is that the city of Atlanta was truly pumped for once. That dome was ROWDY. They wanted it. And once that finally happened, we choke. Our 13-3 team chokes, it's the same old story. But who gives a shit, we have next season to look forward to and a young team to get excited about. Everybody avoid the media this week though if you don't want to get mad and put a hole in your wall. I know I would.

RE: Who do you blame?
I think the bye week hurt us... we sat around overthinking it, and came out nervous, and it showed.
