I don't want to say it, but it's true. This whole season is now a waste. Skip Bayless, Jason La Canfora, the Ain'ts fans, ESPN, all of them, we let them win. It's shameful. You don't go out like that when you are the number 1 seed.

Goat #1: Owens. He got burned over and over and over again.
Goat #2: Defensive coaching staff for not adjusting when it was obvious Owens was being targeted.
Goat #3: Ryan. Both INTs were his fault, he held the ball to long on the first and delivered a change up rather than a fast ball on the second.

What killed our D tonight was being on the field too long. We lost the TOP battle 38:19 to 21:41. We had an extra week off and had Green Bay on a short week, yet we looked like we didn't do any preparation for this game. Today is a sad day to be a Falcon fan, without a doubt the worst performance by a #1 seed I have ever seen.

I've hated the hire every year and every year his same faults come through over and over.

No blitzes, no pass pressure and watching a "bend but don't break" defense get annihilated against good passing teams year in, year out.

If we could bring in a DC like Rob Ryan or Mike Singletary we could take a major upgrade on that side of the ball simply with scheme. It is painfully obvious our entire "pass rush" is John Abraham alone and that simply will not work against teams like GB with an elite QB.

Add #1 Trent Dilfer to the list, he's gonna say I TOLD YOU SO. All of his points about the Falcons weaknesses showed up and he looks like a smart guy now.

Losing is a symptom of a lot of bad things. The Falcons were on an upswing. Let's hope this isn't the start of something worse.
