Not being negative man , dont know why you guys making me be out to negative ..I think Jones will be a good player for us just think we gave up too much and if were going to go after Edwards (im 100% behind this move) its going to cost another first round pick .

I weigh both sides the positive & negative... me being a Falcons fan for over 20+ years can you fault me for siding with negative and weighing that option more

I never put effort or thought process into becoming one...I guess you would have to start to work up the corporate ladder of being a intern /to a scout /lead scout and all the way up ..I have friend that I grew up with is a NFL agent and he tells me some stuff goes on behind the scenes from time to time ..

Lol had to throw you a jab. But yes I will agree that he gave up a lot for Jones but Jones is a rare talent and we actually paid less to get to 6 to get him. Jones was better than the last 2 years top WRs (Crabtree, Bryant) with 0 baggage. He is just less warranted because Green is just as rare a talent.

But do you really think 9 players were going to make this team? I don't see 9 open spots. We honestly just needed some explosive playmakers. Jones is just the start. And I don't think we give up a 1st to get Edwards. Maybe a second or a third and a player. The Vikings aren't that high on keeping him anyway.

Back on point, I only think we go after Edwards if the League somehow doesn't use the rules from last year regarding FA. I really doubt that, and I don't think TD gives up more picks for Edwards. I would be pissed if he starts giving away more picks.

I dont think Jones was more talented then Dez ..I dont see it ..Dez fell cause of character issues ...Mayock has him as a top 3 talent in draft .. Shit and I know im a fan of Dez and wanted to draft him wouldnt it have made more sense to just draft him and let him learn under the leadership of Tony G /White and not mortgage the future like we did for Jones...Dez fell into our laps last year and pass but TD this year sends the house in for Jones...DOESNT MAKE SENSE

THIS would make sense. We are lacking at elite talent that helps in the playoffs, not depth through out the roster. You add a top WR and impact DE to a 13-3 team, you can make a real impact.
