League Cut Thread
For interesting cuts.

So far hasn't been many. Danny Ware about the most interesting cut I've seen.

RE: League Cut Thread
In 2011, New York Giants sixth-round draft pick Greg Jones opened the season as the team's starting middle linebacker. Friday, he's been released.

Jones started the first two weeks of the 2011 campaign before moving to a reserve/spot starter role for the remainder of the regular season. The 6-foot, 248-pound linebacker had 31 tackles, including six on special teams. Official playing-time documents show that Jones played in nearly 70 percent of the snaps.

In addition to Jones, the Giants have released veteran defensive tackle Marcus Thomas

An 11-game starter for the 2011 Denver Broncos, Thomas -- who was misidentified in "Madden NFL '13" -- joined the Giants earlier this month when injuries depleted the depth along the interior of the defensive line. It's possible that the Giants would bring Thomas back after the start of the regular season

that's all I've found so far. Ware is from my little NW GA town, wonder if he gets picked up anywhere else or if he's done

edit: Philly signed westbrook to a 1 day contract so he could retire as an eagle, who really wants to retire as an eagle?????? LOL

Classic Patriots' system player. Useless for any other team.

I think the Falcons should probably pick up Guyton unless he has health issues. Certainly a better option than Dent.

Nah, I don't agree with that.....although I do have to say the fact the Dolphins just cut him with such a small contract is decent evidence against me.

The Bears just cut Josh McCown, Luke's brother. Maybe y'all can pick him up, too.

He did throw two TD passes last night.

It would be funny if the Falcons picked up him and cut his brother.

RE: League Cut Thread
Joselio Hanson got cut, that's mildly surprising. Don't think he'll have a problem finding a job.
