Koetter isn't going anywhere

While I wouldn't mind retaining Nolan, he really wants and deserves a chance at a head coaching position. If he gets an offer and takes it, I think we might be OK. After all Mike Smith has experience as defensive coordinator and probably learned a ton from Nolan. All he has to do is hire someone who has coached alongside Nolan before and wants to come in and run basically the same schemes. There should be a lot of good candidates who fit that bill.
