I was one of those that had my doubts about replacing Mularkey but have not been disappointed with the job Koetter has done. Moving from a power running team to a passing team is difficult but Koetter did it without much drop-off, outside of our running game being terrible now. Tongue

Weems was really good too. I am not very concerned about Armstrong moving on, to be honest. I am more concerned about GM/HC/OC/DC staying and maintaining continuity, until we win a few Super Bowls.
