Just a Thank You

To all those who were up in the Chat Room today, (well nearly all) thank you for your communication on there. It was great being able to get a plausible link to the game that wasn't game centre or some rubbish stream that could cut out at any minute. It was definitely a for the fans by the fans experience up in there today. I really appreciated it.

The people behind this forum have done an incredible job at putting forward such a cohesive product so quickly. I know there are some nuts and bolts that need tweeking here and there, but this place for me as an overseas fan is more than one could honestly desire.

The "Kings" have finally realised that they are without their crown now, and it is beyond poetic justice that Atlanta are the ones who have put a crick in the neck of the Saints tonight.

Bring on San Fran.

I think our chat room is too succesful. I can't read that fast. Ya'll need to type slower next time or only say things that are really important.

That chat room saved me. After the first half, my link went dead, and while I found a nice RedZone link, that obviously left out a bunch of plays.

Thank you, everyone, for keeping me up-to-date, and for quite the party when that final kick split the uprights.

This was an amazing day to be a Falcons fan.

I'm telling you guys, Phocis needs to check into a program called Ventrilo. It's super easy to turn the server this forum is on into a Ventrilo server. Then everyone downloads the program, Phocis gets assigned an IP address & we use it to login. Then you can setup a button on your keyboard to do push-to-talk & we can all chat with & listen to each other during games rather than type.

Edit: and yes, it's free for everyone to download. All you need are speakers/headphones to listen & a mic to talk. Everyone sets up their nickname & logs in.

horrible idea..... i really dont want to hear a bunch of grown men screaming and yelping like girls everytime a big play happens.... and then theres the eating and drinking with the slurping and burping..... everyone tlking at once so its hard as hell to hear! id rather type (just my opinion)
