I didn't agree with him. It was a catch. His hand moved - the ball didn't.

I am also glad the call went our way, though.

I've seen much worse catches called a catch. Jenkins made a brilliant catch there and continued to hold it in the fingertips to avoid bobbling. He deserves all the kudos in the world for that catch.

How about the catch between the legs of the defender in the Miami game last year? He maintained control because the ball never hit the ground. Fingertip catches are catches regardless of Wilbon saying they are not.

And we won the game.

I'm really sick of every game we win someone says we are given the game (not directed at you - just in general) . Boy, we play some generous NFL teams this year.

I used to be that person that cared if people called the team "lucky". I don't anymore. I just adopted a new mentality. Scoreboard.

The Patriots got a play called an "incomplete pass" that's been called a fumble every other time it has happened in NFL history. Pretty much everybody knew it, and only Raiders fans still care about it.

The Steelers got tons of bad calls and non calls to go their way in both of their most recent Super Bowls. The only people who care are Cardinals and Seahawks fans.

Regardless of whether the Falcons were lucky in this game or that game and if the officials blew this call or that call, the only thing that matters at the end of the season is scoreboard.

It was true of the 2001 Patriots, true of the 2009 Saints, and it's true of the 2010 Atlanta Falcons as well.

Jenkins maintained constant contact with both hands and fingers on the ball the entire process. The ball never bobbled. Possession was maintained through the entire catch. It was the correct call - Complete.

I don't get it. The guy caught it with his finger tips, the ball didn't move, he rolled his fingers, it didn't bobble or bounce, etc.

Nowhere does it say you have to catch it with your palms. Nowhere does it say you cannot move the ball at all after it has been caught.

It was a clear as day derp derp obvious catch to me.
