Jeff Fisher is no longer the Titans coach
They just said it on NFL Network. Don Banks is reporting it. They aren't saying he is fired so not sure what's up.

Definitely weird timing. I wonder if they will interview Mularkey.

RE: Jeff Fisher is no longer the Titans coach
yeah this is the first page on si.com. Sports Illustrated

he lost some of his coaches, was pretty much forced to fire his DC who was a good friend. This could be our way out of our deep mularky......

it's appearing that it's going to be listed as a 'mutual' parting of ways. I'm wondering if TN owners waited to fire him until all the other HC jobs were filled, or if Jeff waited until most of the best candidates were already hired so they wouldn't have a good choice for his replacements.

Chew on THAT, Petunia!

Their owner said the decision on Vince Young was a separate one from Coach Fisher, but what are the odds he doubles back and keeps VY now?

i wouldn't be the least surprised if VY doesn't make the roster as the starting QB

Young and Mularkey,...it might work for some wins.
