RE: Jay's tweet on Weatherspoon
which means he's most likely out for Philly......I'm good w/ that - just hope he's not out much longer.

RE: Jay's tweet on Weatherspoon
a bit vague for my liking, but still it could be much worse.

RE: Jay's tweet on Weatherspoon
Let him rest it. I don't see why we should push him into any games with how good Nicholas is backing him up. Not to mention we'll need him down the stretch and into the playoffs.

agreed........of course I want the Falcons to win on Sunday - but would not put 'Spoon in jeopardy for the win......Falcons will be fine w/ Nicholas until 'Spoon is 100%

RE: Jay's tweet on Weatherspoon
definitely not as bad as it could be. Don't you think if it were bad, as in to miss multiple week then something more would have been said? Hopefully if he misses any time it's only a week and is ready to go against Cicny. He's young so he'll heal fast.

I agree as well. Let Spoon rest 'til after the bye week cause we'll need him healthy down the stretch.

CBS RapidReports.

9 minutes ago - LB Sean Weatherspoon has a sprained right knee, coach Mike Smith said. Weatherspoon did not practice Wednesday and won't practice Thursday. Weatherspoon's playing status will be determined based on what he can do Friday and Saturday. Falcons RapidReports

I guess there is a chance he could still play, but I really doubt it. Also, I agree I want him to rest and get healthy because Nicholas is playing well.

Spoon is a real gamer. I bet he finds a way to get on the field.
