I didn't see the segment....I can only respond to what you and others are reporting that Dukes said.....and quite honestly it sounds like the typical Dukes bullshit.

Ryan now has 5 TDs/1 INT and is playing very solidly at QB for us.

Look how the run was stuffed today early in the Saints game. It was Ryan's arm that kept us in the game until the running game started clicking....so even in today's game, Duke's comment is wrong and shows his football knowledge is about as deep as a pool of fly piss.

Ryan has 705 yards in 3 games this season. That's a pace to put up over 3700 yards in a season. On a pace to put up nearly 27 TDs and about 5 INTs. Vince Young has never thrown for more than 2600 yards in his career. Never more than 12 TDs in his career. Fewer TDs (35) than INTs (41) for his career. Only 2 seasons (out of 5) where he actually threw more TDs than INTs, and not by much either season.

Yeah, Dukes had a great point. I can see why he'd have a problem figuring out which QB to build a team around.
