Is Spoon overrated by our fan base ?

Plain and simple, he can't fucking tackle. Mdrake34, I trust Decoud to make a tackle before I do Spoon. Too many times I've seen him throw his shoulder into somebody in the open field and they still go for another 8-12 yards til Decoud or somebody domes and actually wraps the bastard up.

I think you have an issue if you think DeCoud's a more reliable tackler than Spoon.
