Interesting fact about last night's game

Last night's game was the most watched Thursday Night NFL Network opener in it's 5 year history.

Falcons got some "pub" last night

Yet most of the country still couldn't watch it, and only hear the E-SPIN version where we stole the game by getting away with pass interference. *sigh*

Well, I'll back Jedi up. I mentioned it in another thread. Someone (or two) in the chatroom was bagging on STs towards the end of the game. They weren't perfect, but Koenen kicked the ball into the endzone about 90% of the time, and we really didn't allow any explosive plays. If you didn't see a much improved Falcons ST unit on the field last night, then you're either dumb, or you weren't able to watch the game. Sorry you didn't get to see it Drathdon, but if they can keep up that level of play for the rest of the season, I like our chances a heckuva lot better.

Oh, no. I saw it. I DON"T miss a Falcons game.

I'm just saying that because the NFL Network can't play nice, lots of the country didn't get to watch the game. That the media seems to spin it that we got lucky, combined with their not being able to watch it, means we will not get the respect we deserve.

I know... 7-2, who cares? But I'd still like some of the respect we have earned.

I love how the media says that Ravens Lost the game, then We won it.

Blame it on the refs all you want, but they didnt make the play. We DID

I just love how we getting the "Saints Treatment" from the refs this year. After all those hell they put us through prior to this season, Now they finally starting to make it up. ahaah
