Yeah Jenkins being questionable is gamesmanship. There is no way a guy who hasn't participated in a practice in 6 weeks is going to be ready to play on Sunday.

They are required by NFL rule to list all injuries - regardless of how serious it is.
The fact that he participated fully and is probable tells the story.
