Just wondering if this would be the same as a Player strike.

I think it would be no football.

I wonder if a lockout year would count towards certain players becoming free-agents. Like how many free-agents are due to be available in 2012? Or would the lockout year not count towards that?

That I'm not sure about but this is a good read on the CBA stuff.

I believe that after the last one they put in a rule that forbid teams from using replacement players again. I could be wrong, but I'm quite sure I'm not. I'm really interested in how the draft order would be set. Do they go with the same order as the last draft, giving the same team the too picks every round? Or do they do a lottery and obviously rig it to give the taints the top pick? I think the fairest way is to take the previous draft order and then have picks in serpentine order, with the top team next picking 64th and us picking back to back at 32 and 33. Thoughts? (sorry if this is a threadjack)

I have a feeling the networks will juggle the College Football schedules to accommodate and College Football will take off like a rocket.....not that it hasn't already

Yeah, if there's no NFL.... Prepare for College Football to cover the void.

They probably won't play any games on Sunday but Sunday and Monday Nights are very possible. After all there are plenty of teams and plenty of games to choose from.

NFL = 32 teams
College Football FBS > 200 teams

GEAUX Falcons!!!!
