I like that post. I definitely think the greatest benefit of getting Tony Gonzalez was that he was a veteran, someone that could show younger players how to carry themselves, and the type of work ethic that you need to be an NFL great. Roddy definitely caught on (He was already beginning to get in shape, but Tony G sent him over the edge).
