I feel pretty strongly that the NFL has not done enough to protect its players. I believe the league is using players' machismo to undermine real efforts to make the game safer. Sooner or later, players are going to realized that they are gettting played.

We all want a physical brand of football, and I think that my suggestions might be the answer.

Kickoff coverage in the NFL happens at the end of one's football career. By that point the majority of damage is already done. Take the tackle out of football until age 13.

You make a good point. I really think that this issue has to be resolved. Perhaps more needs to be done at an earlier age.
