Here's a good Torta recipe I know.

Marinate a chicken breast in Mojo Crillo (garlic, lime, orange juice) and hot sauce overnight. Wash in egg, and bread with flour, bread crumbs, salt, black, red pepper, chili powder. Fry in a skillet in a couple tbsp of olive oil and a pat of butter. Mix mayo, salsa, and a touch of chili powder to make a spread, I like potato hamburger buns, grill on the skillet after you pull the chicken off. Top the chicken with Pepper jack cheese, cheddar, tomato and avocado slices, onion, jalapenos, and spread.

Bam!
