First, there was no "major infrastructure failure". All of the electrical systems had been replaced. That is what the independent study is about ... finding the fault that threw the safety switch. And the infrastructure of which I speak pertains to accommodations, restaurants, transportation and entertainment all in a compact area. Your response is better defined as trolling by not letting the facts stand in the way of a vindictive post.
