You are once again believing a bunch of early media hype. There were TWO reported rapes in the Superdome which are two too many, but when that many people are thrown together under those circumstance it is not that surprising. There a number of reported rapes throughout the area, once again not unexpected.

As for Guiness records, I would say that more Indian girls get raped every day than get raped in New Orleans in a given year.
