I hope we get Jenkins back next week

I think I am starting to miss Jenkins. I know we were all a bit frustrated with him last year with the drops and all, but I think he is a much better #2 than Harry Douglas. Douglas thrived in the slot a few years ago and I think that is where he is he is meant to play.

I know it sounds crazy but I really do believe that a healthy Jenkins could be a huge boost to our team. I hope he is back next week.

Well I will say this for sure. I don't think the Falcons are going to win too many big games with all of the Wide Receivers on the team not named Roddy White combining for 1 catch.

Perhaps not, but Finneran made a beautiful block on #41 to spring Snelling on a 12 yard pick up in overtime. That's just one that caught my attention.

I know Jenkins also does a good job blocking, and I'm missing him too, but there's more to it than just number of catches . . . .

Ok I am going to tell you guys in the "Yeah but our WRs are good blockers" crowd something.

When the Falcons play the Ravens, if they can't run the ball, I am blaming the WRs.

With Jenks on the outside and HD83 in the slot, our O gets lethal. LBs have fits trying to stay on HarryD.

You have to figure that defenses will go with a nickle package when we have 3 WR's . . . but Jenkins will add a lot regardless. And I like Douglass matching up on nicklebacks.
