1. Anyone who thinks games in the NFL are rigged by the NFL, the refs etc... is off his/her rocker. It's preposterous and the owners wouldn't stand for it. This isn't TV Wrestling!

Agreed!!!!

2. Roddy's first tweet was directed at Dilfer's comments on ESPN. Dilfer is such a stupid name anyway he doesn't need a nick... He's a Dilfer already sounds like an insult. Smith jumped in on the comment when a Aint's fan made him aware is my understanding. The Aint's fan base are the ones who escalated this by hurling insults at Roddy! These morons down in the gumbo swamp are a bunch of insecure *&^% heads who really think this will fire up their team.

Nope. They have been setting sights on this since September. If y'all have a top receiver that gets affected by opposing fans tweets ...

3. We really need to win this game and I sure hope Roddy burns them for 100+ yards and 1 or 2 TD's

It'll take more than that.

Saints Fan Since 1967

Maybe it's just my youth, but I loved it. I feel even more connected to this team because they hate the Aints just as much as we do. My dad is a Cowboys fan and he was pissed at Choice getting Vick to sign his glove. None of that is happening here. Our guys really don't like their guys. We got a score to settle with them. That's a legit rivalry. It takes more than being in the same division or both teams being good or anything like that. It takes some serious animosity. It takes having the desire to see them lose and immense hatred of them being victorious over us. That type of fire hasn't been as visible in years before, but it is now. This team won't let us down.

Yes, the NFL was so happy to see the Saints in the SB that they very quickly created the rediculous Favre/Vikes Overtime rule change after the results of the NFC champ game.

That was one of the quickest knee jerk reaction major rule changes I have ever seen in sport... and it happened because the NFL was stung that it didn't get it's desired Favre vs Manning Superbowl.

I'm disappointed every time someone uses "-gate" for a small controversey. How lazy.

It annoys me greatly anytime "-gate" is used at all, like "gate" means controversy, not the name of a facility. I only wish the facility would've been named something like "water cornhole" so everyone would use that instead of gate.

I don't see the problem. Neither does Gonzo, who defended Roddy, saying that Roddy is our Don King, he's just promoting the fight. Some people take things a little too seriously.

Last time Roddy got into a "Twitter" war with a player of group of players he wound up having his best game of the season ( OchoCinco and T. O. anyone? ) I see no difference this time around.

Let him talk.
