Am I the only one that noticed he got pulled/benched in the Browns game? When I saw that I asked some friends & they said he might have lost his job due to his poor play in the last few weeks. Didnt wanna say anything at first because so many of u guys think he's better than Grimes (thats hilarious to me by the way) but he is not playing well.

yeah i saw two 3rd downs in a row in the game that were hit for first downs where owens had coverage, but they still made it. i think both were slants. I did notice williams was in after that, hard not to notice, he got a penalty, LOL


so sportsfreak, what's the word on Spoon? any news you can share? was sure hoping to see him out there this week in Philly

Spoon... he needs some time off that knee. Its pretty banged up but no surgery, just needs time. Love him so much, hate to see him hurt.

It was no surprise. Owens had a bad game. Early on, he bit way too hard on a play action fake and gave up an easy completion in the flat.

Right before Bierman made his spectacular play, Owens gave up to consecutive 3rd down conversions in man coverage, and wasn't close to making a play on either one of them.

So, yeah, he wasn't playing well.
