I Am Hanging On Too Tight
So I'm over on nfl.com and I noticed that at the top of the site they have a playoff bracket graphic. But I got really pissed when I noticed something. On the AFC side, they have the wildcard teams on the outside, then Pitt, and then N.E. closest to the Superbowl center of the graphic... as it should be. N.E. is the top seed in the AFC. But on the NFC side, they have Chicago closest to the Superbowl center! What the heck, man!!!
I told you, didn't I? I'm hanging on too tight! LOL! |

RE: I Am Hanging On Too Tight
The general consensus - from all the articles I have scoured - is that we are going to be 1 and Done. We will lose the Divisional game if we play either NO or GB.
Im not really worried about GB. NO does bother me though, only because we played like crap against them the last time. Their Defense really dialed it up and shut our Offense down. That bothers me. |

Yeah its funny but it's nothing new. I remember during the 1980 playoff game one of my Dads friends complaining that when they showed the score they put Dallas on top and Atlanta on the bottom. He didn't take too kindly to the smart ass teenager (me) telling him they always put the visiting team on top and the home team on the bottom.

But I agree, between those two teams, I sweat New Orleans a good bit more. It would be the third time they face each other, and would be a real chess match. |

I trust your dad eventually figured out that smart-assed teenagers really do know everything.

The ATL game will be played on Saturday and the CHI game will be played on Sunday, thus the ordering for the NFC. |
