How would you resolve the labor dispute?

Imagine it this way - lets say all the vegetables on a farm formed a Union. They dont like how the Farmer treats them. They say he doesnt water them enough, feed them enough fertilizer. So they go on Strike, and stop growing. What do you think happens then?

WE DONT EAT. And we Starve. And the Farmer goes bankrupt, loses his farm to foreclosure, and now we are left with nothing to eat.
