The first year he could do no wrong, then last year and so far it seems like a continuation of last year. These short pass and run BS, not every stretching the field and nary a screen pass, like its a abomination.

I would love for musgrave to get the job. I think if the falcons do not make it to the playoffs, its going to be on Mularkey head. Angel

Musgrave yes!

If not he'll be someone's HC next year. I would hate to see him shine elsewhere.

I hate the fact that I know what play they are going to run when they are still in the huddle

LOL I like the way your thread title is worded. It's like there is no possibility that anyone likes Mularkey's play calling, it's only different degrees of hate. I can dig it.

OC in Pitt 3yrs = Offenses were consistent overall each year, moved the ball, had trouble scoring, and became predictable

HC in Buf 1yr = Fired for predictability

OC in Mia 1 yr = demoted after 1yr and made the TEs coach...

He's been rubbish for the last 6 years. We need to get serious and hire a high motor guy with a serious will to win, a guy that will be on the sidelines and work with the offense in b/t series, not sitting in a AC box with a thumb up his ass.

If you asked me right now - I'd probably say yes from my gut - but ... I try to take into consideration that he did a great job with a rookie quarterback - and hoping last year was what it was based on a second year QB and injuries. Working with what he had.

I'm not going to say too much about a road game against what I personally consider the most consistently dominant defense in the league in one of the most hostile stadiums around the league.

But, if we don't see some real progress from this offense soon - like this week, I'm going to have to go with my gut.

or we can twist it and say that our Rookie QB did great with our unproven OC and still be positive, and still give him the good foot up the ass.
