Thank you bull rush. Its easy to sit behind a computer screen and judge someone based on a report filed by the "victim".

The only side of the story we've heard is the alleged victim's.

It's sad how quick people are to rush to judgement.

lets forget the fact the same guy has also
* punched a cab driver (suspension)
* punched a teammate (x2)
* hit teammate in face with helmet
* received money from agent while still in NCAA

Aqib is a real high character guy huh? I cant wait to hear his side of the "story"

Its a good thing this is america and we are to be judged on the merits of the case, not things that had nothing to do with the situation. I'm not saying he's innocent, but everybody acts as if he's guilty before he even tells his side of the story. Bail was 25000. Thats not high at all, especially since hes a high profile athlete.
