take away the work ethic, you take away the talent. it doesn't matter how good someone is talent wise if they don't know the playbook. wasn't it said earlier in the thread that a teammate said he didn't memorize the playbook? how can he be on the same page with the QB, when the QB knows the page and the WR doesn't?

and i'll go on the record and say that Sean Weatherspoon WILL be an impact player on D for us. IF he can stay injury free, and continue to learn the playbook. He has the attitude, the swagger, the desire, the mentality and the physical abilities to make an impact
