We held the #4 offense in the league to 17 points, 7 of which were a freebee on their own 20 yard line, a turnover they had nothing to do with creating.

Very well could have been a 28-10 win if error free & better officiating.

We didn't come close to our best and had ample opportunities to still win this game. We had been getting a fair share of breaks during this stretch and we were just due for the ball to bounce the wrong way. It did a couple of times last night but the team kept battling on both sides, we just didn't have enough to overcome our mistakes and what I thought were some blatant mistakes by the officials. We WIN as a team and we LOSE as a team. Credit to the Saints they controlled the football. They beat us at our own game and we still found a way to hang around.

This loss doesn't bother me in the least bit because I know we will get the mistakes fixed. This loss like someone said could be a lesson in disguise to refocus on the task at hand. You learn a lot more from losing than you do from winning. Take care of business next week, and get a week off to recharge any batteries and go to work for our SuperBowl!

Well said and exactly my point....things to fix but a lot of positives.....Defense played Extremely well.....had this been a beat down loss, I would be nervous about them returning.....Mistakes will be worked on and we have a goal in sight.

Good thing is we have time to get the problems corrected before the real games start. The Falcons gotta show up on the big stage though.
