It's not like they take away draft picks and cap room for doing hard knocks. The motives of one te doesn't equal the motives of another team in the same situation. We know our team and owner cares about winning. That much is evident |

Not to mention they did it in 2010 when they were still relevant. They turned it down this year, but were still a dumpster fire.
