That is the basis I operate on. I don't make definitive statements unless I feel I've done enough research, watched the game enough times, and understand what is going on completely. Anything else I say is based on passive observation, and until someone can provide me with something convincing or we see the results play out, I don't bother with it.

The last time I've really gone out of the way to say something for sure about what is going on/who we're drafting is when we drafted Sean Weatherspoon last year. I made an extremely lengthy post detailing why we WOULD draft him, not why we should or why I wanted him, but why we WOULD draft him... and we did.

Otherwise Swift, I refer back to Jim Mora.

Yeah I'm not sure that paying a guy 5 million a year to get 150 receiving yards is the best use of the team's resources.

If they find a better WR2, they should probably just cut him.

Well, if Jenkins becomes our #3, then we suddenly and finally have a good #3, and perhaps allows us to use multiple WR sets more often if we have a legit guy at #2 too. Why use your #3 WR when he doesn't catch the ball half the time? Jenkins is somewhat better than that.
