The impact would have been no additional wins, no impact in the play-offs, and a name to add to that list of draft picks by TD who have suffered injury in the NFL.

You can't complain about players getting injured and then say we should have drafted a player that ended up injured.

My high horse is not for TD, it is for the entire team. I'll ride or die for this outfit n I have no problem saying that. I openly although not on AFMB criticised the PJ pick because I wanted clay matthews seeing how well he could have aided coverage not even blitzing. But the fact is there are several FOs across the league whose rookies do not pan out in one way or another, not everyone goes on to greatness.

You talk of high horse, but yours must give you a nosebleed seeing as you are Mr. Right All the Time. I think what is getting me is you keep coming up with the same arguments over and over. Nothing new nothing that appears educated or well formed just mainly spew.

e.g. you have decided after 3 years to right off Ryan's ability but yet you lawd Rogers a guy who sat for 2/3 years and has played for 3. Rogers came out the gate firing came out the gate prepared not having to do it all at once day one.

But I guarantee you will make end of discussion judgemental statements of Matt Ryan many more times before mini camp even though he wont have done anything to be castigated by you for for months by then

One moment he is complaining about drafted players that end up missing time do to injury... then he is flipping out when we don't take the player he wants... who ends up injured.

One moment he is calling Ryan a noodle armed Chad Pennington clone who cannot win without a good run game... then he is saying Ryan is a QB who can put a team on his back and win... then he goes back on it.

One moment he is shit talking our 2010 draft when it's yielded 2 starters, but the draft he said he would have went with ended up with only one starter... who ended up on IR.

One moment he is shit talking Ryan for being 0-2 in the play-offs after 3 years, with neither of them being great performances... then he talks about Eli Manning... who in his first three years was far worse than Ryan both in and out of the play-offs.

Dez Bryant wouldn't have saved us against the Steelers, no way he saves us against the Eagles, and he wouldn't have even played against the Saints or the Packers in the play-offs.

Your the one who brought up Eli Manning...can Ryan be as good as Eli Manning yes I think he can shit I would even say same type of QB .. Manning still gets criticized even up to today . Manning did though help his franchise win a super bowl but if you want to compare Ryan to Eli im fine with that ..Pretty solid example..Maybe TD can build a great front 4 like the Giants have

I made a mistake thinking Ryan can carry this team on his back . He is not built like that as a QB ..After the Ravens game i thought he took the next step but I was wrong.Right now at this point of career Ryan is a game manger ..He doesnt have the touch or deep ball to get back into game when down 14+ points. Think only has once in 3 years...Also his game right now is based off Turner running ball effective
