That right there is what I like to refer to as "sound decision making".

I watched that movie with low expectations expecting it to be just a movie about fighting.

Wow, couldn't have been more wrong obviously.

I need to watch it a couple more times, I understand you pick up new stuff every time you watch it.

RE: Favorite Movie Scenes - Non Humorous
I'm at work & my network won't allow YouTubes so I'll just ramble some scenes off that I can think of.

1. Pretty much the first 12-15 minutes of Saving Private Ryan is about the most intense cinema I've ever seen.
2. The downtown gun battle in Heat was amazing.
3. Gordon Gekko's "Greed is good" speech in Wall Street.
4. Every time Jules (Sam Jackson) does his bible verse in Pulp Fiction, including in the cafe to Tim Roth.
5. Lee Ermey as Gny. Sgt. Hartman giving his 1st day bootcamp speach in Full Metal Jacket.
6. The ending of Seven when Pitt figures out his wife's head is in the box.
7. Really any scene with Steve Buscemi in Reservoir Dogs.
8. The good Knight vs. the Black Knight in MP and the Holy Grail.
9. Eastwood kills Little Bill & 6 other guys in the bar without taking a scratch in Unforgiven.
10. The crap slinging accross the entire kitchen & all over everyone in Trainspotting. (one of the best/most funny/most disgusting scenes EVER!)

Plus about a dozen scenes between the 3 Godfather's & a handful of Pacino in Scarface.

And I love all the ones you guys posted. Really anything from Shawshank, Heat, Fight Club, just about every Tarantino movie, especially both the Kill Bills, No Country for Old Men, & Snatch. There's so many great scenes in all those movies, it's impossible to list them all.

And by the way, if you haven't seen The Social Network, I recommend it.

Big Grin. Yea. if I get banned I want it ti be for something I said, not something Dennis Hopper said in a movie. But that was an intense scene. You could tell his character had reached a point where he figured there was no way out.
