Actually, it's not the team at all. As I have mentioned, I have checked out forums from most of the NFL teams over the past several years. Many I never return to and others I stick around at for the long term. It is the type of members in the forum that keeps me there. This place has a lot in common with several others that I enjoy. Sure, there are occasional pains-in-the-ass, but every forum has at least a handful of those. I have to give credit for pointing out this one to BadMoonRising who I met on the Seahawks board a few weeks back.

I have found that most forums like this do draw a smattering of fans from other teams. Less civil forums tend to ban anyone from another team without cause. It's not surprising at all that a good forum like this would attract other fans.
