CB is a bigger priority than DE right now. We have 3 backups at DE, we have only 1 at CB, a rookie.

Obviously I should have looked at the depth chart first. Problem is very few corners are believed to hit the market, and we have made it clear we will resign Brian Williams if needed. At some point we will need to develop Owens and Franks, so I would expect us to drop an UDFA in at deep depth (say sign 2 for camp purposes) and roll with our draft picks at nickel this year. I think that makes sense, and I'm not sure who we would sign that could be playing nickel.

I thought they made it a point we weren't re-signing B Williams.

Svitek is our backup LT. And they kept Agnone on the PS for a reason last year, so we have depth at TE. I think we go after TE & LT next year. I'm pretty certain DE & CB is all we do this FA.

They said Williams and Finn could be brought back depending on what happens. I think Agnone is another developmental guy that I'm not sure if we will rely on or not.

Remember than Franks was inactive most all games last year. So, if memory serves, we had 5 CB's on the 53 man roster, with 4 on the active game day roster. I'd bet we do something similar and put a UDFA in the inactive spot.
