I'm wondering if anyone else is watching any of the other preseason games. I have watched some if not all of a few others. I'm not trying to call dooms day, but I haven't seen any other team who's backups look like they suck as bad as some of ours. is it just me? or is it just our backup QB's that suck so bad

Nope.. ours was the worst.. tho the Jets first was NOT good cept for Tebow Smile

I've seen pieces of a couple of games, Jets-Bengals, Dolphins-Bucs and Titans-Seahawks and you're right. Nobody else's backup QBs sucked it up as much as ours.

I've watched almost all of them. I love it. So many games going on through out the week. There were a few teams that don't look better as far as back ups, but it's the first preseason games of the year. Everyone will start to look better. I hope anyways.

That being said, I would like to see Dominique Davis get some reps with a few of the better receivers. Maybe a Harry Douglas and Kerry Meier. He looked too have far more superior foot work than JPW. As well as a better arm. I think if he gets enough reps he can get the #3 and possible move to the #2 next year.

Only thing is Davis has eligibility to be put on PS and JPW doesn't. So he might not get it anyways. Depends on his next couple of games.

But the problem with putting Davis on the PS is that other teams could snap him up. JPW isn't good enough that to risk losing Davis to another team by putting him on the PS.

locker looked good. wilson did too aside from that 1 terrible throw that was an INT.

I think Locker should be starting for the Titans this year. Hasselbeck isn't bad but he's always hurt. And that interception by Wilson was awful.

We can afford to put him on the practice squad once. At the point where another team makes an offer we can move him to the 53 man roster but we must keep him there. Either way, I would cut JPW and keep Davis.
