we've all seen the list of candidates for DC, but what about other vacancies? we just lost our QB coach, who is out there for that job? first one that comes to my mind is Zorn. I remember having Steve DeBerg as QB coach when we first got MV, and it seemed to me that once he was let go was when we really saw the level of play go down down down.

so who else is out there for QB Coach?
Should changes be made in the OL and DL coaching positions?
what about Tim Lewis, has our secondary really been 'all that' since we fired Emmitt and brought him in?
Strength and conditioning? can we get better in this area?

the OC/DC hires will be important for sure, but what about the guys who do the coaching during practice? as we've all seen so vividly, game plan can't take you any farther than your players can execute.

Rod Woodson - Current job is Asst. Coach Defensive Backs in Oakland - Bring him in as the Secondary Coach

Jim Zorn - Current job is QB Coach in KC - Bring him in as QB Coach/Asst to the OC
Alternate/Wade Wilson - Current job is QB Coach in Dallas - Bring him back here as QB coach - I thought he did an admirable job the first time

Robert Nunn - Current gig is DL Coach in NY(Giants) - Bring him in as DL Coach with a sizeable raise.
